An angry man interrupting the school board meeting in Panama City Florida. Blame them for firing his wife and pointing them with a handgun. The guy has plan to die and apparently intention to kill people inside the board room. The angry man use spray paint on the wall and told to the ladies and children to go out only the guys will stay. One lady trying to disarm him by hitting his arm from behind but it's not successful. He shoot fires wildly 4 shots but all of them missed. He shoot by a security officer a former detective from behind after he shoot 4x wildly. He use the remaining bullet to kill him self.
