This is a fake virus tutorial that can you use to prank your friend or family. This command will shutdown your computer if they open it and give a pop up message that you can edit like putting a message that will scare him or her that the computer has a virus. I suggest that you will change the icon of it replace it with a common icon like google chrome or mozilla firefox so if he/she will use the internet browser it will shutdown... Happy prank guys :D
